Ricotta cheesecake, red licorice sorbet, pistachio brittle and Bing cherry sauce found in a fabu oyster house called Perla’s. (Yep, an oyster restaurant in the middle of Texas!)
A lively, unexpected dessert perfect on a warm day, cool day… just about any day.
Creamy, nutty and only a little sweet.
Scrumptch and frickin’ divine with oysters…
